Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We can ship to most countries worldwide but please email us for these costs on info@ruggarobe.com

When you place an order with us, we aim to despatch it within 2 working days (often sooner, and normally the same working day).

In the UK, your goods should take 3-4 days to arrive.

For items that are not in stock or are bespoke, an estimated delivery date will be supplied to you. Please email us on info@ruggarobe.com

Once orders have been completed we will be unable to amend or cancel an order.

Please ensure that all the details you provide are correct for shipping, i.e. delivery addresses and instructions, email and mobile phone number are entered correctly so you can receive texts and emails accurately. Any parcels returned due to an invalid address will incur a charge payable by the customer.

Mainland UK Tracked costs £4.99

Please note: these are bulky and relatively heavy items.

Please note: for all deliveries we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We are currently shipping with royal mail tracked and you will receive an automated email with your tracking number when you order through the website, 

 

COLLECTION

Please email info@ruggarobe.com or use the Contact Us form on our website to arrange a date/time.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days from purchase. Any orders not collected within this time frame will be cancelled and you will receive store credit.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - DUTIES & TAXES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
